Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in products from LuMoo Home. This page contains all information about shipping and delivery.

1. Shipping providers & packaging

We normally ship our goods with DHL or Deutsche Post. Depending on the size of the order, we use sturdy boxes or well-padded mailing bags. Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout.

2. Processing and delivery times

Our products are made in small batches using 3D printing. When capacity allows, we print on the order date and dispatch the order on the same or next business day.

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2 to 4 business days from receipt of the order. This period includes production, finishing, packaging, and shipping. Delivery may take longer during periods of particularly high demand, public holidays, or unforeseen disruptions; in that case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

3. Shipping costs

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.49 per order within Germany.

• Free shipping: We cover the shipping costs for orders worth €50.00 or more.

4. Delivery & tracking

Smaller shipments may be placed directly in your letterbox if they fit. Larger parcels are delivered to your door. Tracking is included with the available shipping methods.

5. Transit risk & damage

As the retailer, we bear the risk of transit damage in relation to consumers until the goods are handed over. Please inspect your parcel or mailing bag when it arrives. If a product arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at lumoohome@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
