An Airwrap, its attachments, and its cable take up a surprising amount of space. When everything lies loose on the counter, cable clutter quickly builds up. A drawer keeps the parts out of sight, but they may not be immediately accessible. The best storage solution therefore depends on the space you have and how often you use the appliance.
1. Dedicate a drawer
A deep drawer protects the appliance from dust and keeps the bathroom counter looking calm and tidy. Divide the drawer with small boxes or dividers: one area for the handle, one for the attachments, and one for the loosely coiled cable. Make sure the appliance has cooled completely before storing it.
This solution works well when a sufficiently large drawer is available. With a small vanity, however, it uses a lot of valuable storage space.
2. Use a basket or box inside a cabinet
A sturdy basket keeps all the accessories together and can be removed when needed. This simple solution also works well in rented homes because no installation is required. Choose a box that does not squeeze the cable or attachments. One disadvantage is that the appliance becomes harder to reach if other toiletries are placed in front of or on top of it.
3. Use the inside of a cabinet door
Lightweight organizers on the inside of a cabinet door can hold individual attachments. First check that the door still closes properly and that the hinges and mounting method can support the additional weight. The handle itself should only be stored in a suitable, securely mounted holder.
4. Use free wall space
When drawers and counters are limited, the wall can be the most practical reserve space. A fixed wall mount gives the appliance, attachments, and cable a defined place. This keeps the counter clear and makes it easy to see whether everything is complete.
Before installing this solution, check four things:
- Is there enough free space beside the vanity or cabinet?
- Can the appliance and cable hang without touching water sources or walkways?
- Is the wall surface suitable for mounting?
- Can you reach every attachment comfortably?
Which solution suits you?
If you have plenty of protected storage space, a divided drawer is often the neatest solution. If you do not want to drill, a well-sized basket offers flexibility. In a small bathroom with free wall space, a wall mount saves the most counter and drawer space.
